Our Process
No matter what type of project you are contemplating doing, turning a desire into a reality is a long and difficult process. We truly understand this and we have created a system which will guide you through the steps involved in bringing your project dreams to a completion.
We start with a “get to know you” consultation. This is generally a one-hour, complementary session. At this consultation we identify: budget, needs, design templates and viability.
The next step is a “design retainer period”, which allows both client and designer to assess the viability of accomplishing what the client is interested in attaining.
Next, we take the design concept and settle on an agreed cost, this will allow the project to move to the contract phase and design buildable prints.
We then methodically move through our selection and construction templates together as a team using our time tested process.
